Grade 6

I’ve had the opportunity to be a teacher for the past six years. My current role involves teaching Grade 6, where I find immense joy in connecting with my students and encouraging each of them on their academic journey and spiritual walk with the Lord.

A highlight of teaching will always be helping students realize their potential as curious, lifelong learners who seek the Lord in every aspect of their lives and who become more aware of God’s love and presence through their own experiences, class discussions and learning connections.

A verse that often speaks to my heart and guides my teaching comes from Micah 6:8, “He has told you, O man, what is good; and what does the Lord require of you; but to do justice, and to love kindness, and to walk humbly with your God.”

My goal is that these qualities shine throughout our class and guide our learning each day.

Outside of school, I enjoy photography, travelling, nature, baking and spending time with my family.
