High School June 4-8, 2018

A loud cheer arose at 2:10 PM Friday as most of the high school watched (via live stream) Hanna Schroeder cross the finish line and win the bronze medal in 80m hurdles at OFSAA!   Congratulations, Hanna! Right is a photo as we gathered together to wait for the race.

Hanna Schroeder ran two excellent races to capture the bronze medal in the Junior girls 80 m hurdles at the OFSAA Track and Field Championships!

Isaac Glos threw in the shot put and was 12th. Great season team!

All students are now also in a “race” as exams start next week.  Below is a written reminder from Mr. Kuikman encouraging our students.

“I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith” (2 Tim. 4:7).

Campaign posters are up, compelling speeches from our candidates were heard, and promises were made to make next year better than ever.  Our students will be voting for their new Student Council on Monday, June 11.

There was much excitement in the air Friday, as students prepared for our annual Semi-formal tonight at Colasantis.   Thank you to Mrs. Campeau and everyone on Student Council for organizing this!  Stay tuned for more news next week.
